  • Dr. Motl's areas of professional interest are in exercise psychology, statistics, and neuroscience, with an emphasis on antecedents and consequences of physical activity in those with neurological diseases.

  • Dr. Motl's research interests focus on antecedents and consequences of physical activity in neurological populations. Specific research interests include pain, spasticity, neural structure and function, social-cognitive variables, disability, and quality of life.
